Camera Angle And Shot
The way that this advert uses camera angles and shots is very well done, since they make sure that they show all the important parts of the advert, such as whenever they show everybody dancing at 0:08 they show all the bears dancing in the room, which builds excitement and makes the audience aware what all the bears are doing, at 0:02 they have a shot that focuses mainly on the cereal, which makes the audience aware what product the advert is for. All of the camera shots used in this advert makes the audience want to buy the product since they make it obvious that they are mainly targeting their product at children, and by having all of these exciting long shots of all the bears dancing, and making the audience aware of what the product is, they will make the children see all of these exciting bears dancing around, and will think if they get the cereal they will be just like the bears.
Iconography
The way this advert uses iconography is done very well, since they make it clear that the main focus is the group of bears dancing around at 0:08, which is all very exciting to watch for the audience, since the dancing teddy bears is not something you would really expect in an advert, having the audience being children, they make the main focus the dancing teddy bears, which is most likely something that the child watching owns in their rooms, and when seeing this advert it will get them excited and make them think that their teddy bear can do the same, which would make the children want the cereal.
Editing
The way this advert uses editing, is done in a very fast paced manor, such as when they show all the teddy bears dancing at 0:25, they do fast paced editing since there is a lot going on, and the bears are dancing really fast, the really fast, which makes sense, since by having very fast paced editing, it makes the advert more exciting to watch, showing everything is happening so quickly, showing the bears so active after someone tried the cereal makes the audience think that if they try the cereal, they will be active as well, which will make them want the product.
Lighting
The way this advert does lighting is done to make it look like that it is the morning, such as at 0:08, it makes it seem like light is coming from the window, showing that the sun is rising up, which links to the joy of having the cereal, since right after the girl tries the cereal, a literal burst of light flows though the room, showing the audience they they will be full of joy when having the cereal, which makes the audience want to have the product, so they can be full of joy just like the people in the advert.
Sound
The use of sound in this advert is done very well, such as at 0:01. using the sound of the girl crunching on the cereal, shows that she is really enjoying the cereal, which makes the audience want to enjoy the cereal as well.
Music
The way that this advert uses music is done very well. At 0:08 right after the girl tries the cereal she gets up to dance, having the sudden change of sound going from peaceful silence to upbeat dance music, really catches the audience off-guard, since going from very upbeat music so suddenly really is something that the audience did not expect from the advert, and having the upbeat music with all the dancing, it really builds up excitement, and gets the audience entertained while watching the advert, showing that the girl is so positive after trying the cereal, makes the audience want to buy the cereal.
Computer Graphics
The way this advert uses computer graphics is done very well. At 0:58 it uses some graphics of some text that says "Fuel For Fun" which is a catchy slogan that uses alliteration, which stays in the audiences head, and makes them remember, and want the product.
Special Effects (SFX)
The way this advert uses special effects is done very well, such as at 0:08 they show a lot of teddy bears jumping around and dancing, which was a bunch of athletes in bear suits who were shrunken with special effects, this made them look like actual teddy bears, being the size of actual teddy bears, this makes it more enjoyable to watch, since it would not be as humorous if they were not the size of teddy bears, seeing how active these teddy bears are about the cereal makes the audience want to try the cereal, to see if they will be active like them.
Camera Angle And Shot
The way this advert does camera angles and shots is done very well, they make sure that the audience sees all the important parts of the advert, such as at 0:05 they use the cameras to show all the important parts, such as showing the panda randomly popping up in the room, then showing shots of the peoples reactions to the panda, this suprises the audience, since this is not really something they would expect in the advert, and with the panda showing up wrecking things, it adds more humour, seeing how he gets mad about people not wanting the cheese, will get people to buy the product thinking the same will happen to them
Iconography
In all Panda Cheese adverts they have a Panda that randomly pops up in a room whenever people refuse to have the Panda Cheese and end up wrecking everything in sight, such as at 0:16 where it completely destroyed a computer just because the man didn't want the cheese, they use this panda a lot, since people would then expect the panda every time they see the adverts, and due to the humour that the panda brings to the advert, it makes the advert much more enjoyable to watch, and having the thought of the panda wrecking everything if you don't eat the cheese will make the audience get the cheese, jokingly thinking the panda will do something if they don't.
Editing
The editing done in this advert is done very slowly since the area where the advert is being set is in a very quiet office where nothing happens, but then at 0:07 a panda pops up, and the editing pace stays slow which lets the audience really figure out what is going on, which is better than having it fast paced, since it would be hard to figure out what is going on in the advert. This makes the audience want the product, since by getting to know what the situation is better with the slow paced editing, they get the idea that the panda cheese is something that you would want, which would make the audience want to buy the product.
Lighting
The lighting in the advert stays the same throughout the whole advert, from 0:00 to 0:30 since they use lighting that would be in an office, which is where it is set, this makes it seem more realistic, despite the fact that there is a panda, this adds more humour to the advert, by actually having the panda in a normal looking office, this makes it a lot more humorous having the panda in a normal setting, by seeing all the humour this encourages the audience to get the product, by showing them something humorous, then immediately showing the product.
Sound
The way they use sound in this advert adds a lot more humour to the advert, such as at 1:15 they use the sounds of the panda trashing the computer and throwing everything around, which makes the advert more funny to watch, since it happens right after the calm, relaxing music, which catches the audience off guard, since it is not really something they would expect, By adding the sound effects to the advert it makes it seem like the panda is actually breaking the computer and keyboard, which is very humorous to watch, and by showing the product right after, it makes the audience think if they don't get the cheese, the same thing will happen to them.
Music
The music used in this advert is also part of the iconography, whenever the music plays, such as at 0:07 they always use the same music whenever the panda is in the room, which tells the audience that something interesting is going to happen, This makes the audience want the product since by seeing how this might happen when they hear the music, they know if they don't get the cheese the music will play and the same thing will happen to them, which will make them want to get the product.
Computer Graphics
There are not many graphics used in this advert, The only graphic used is at 0:29 where they only show graphics of a slogan saying "NEVER SAY NO TO PANDA!" which lets the audience be aware to never say no to getting panda cheese, since they will jokingly think that the panda will wreck everything if they don't get the product, and then will get the product.
Special Effects (SFX)
The special effects used in this advert is done very well, such as when they make a panda using special effects, clearly in reality the panda is not actually there, but at 0:08 they have everyone in the room look at the panda as if it was actually there, this makes the panda seem like it is actually in the real world, which makes the advert much more entertaining to watch. By having the panda seem like it is actually there, makes the audience want to buy the product, jokingly knowing that if they do not buy it, the panda will come and wreck everything.
