This is the third week where we work on the idea for our advert. I managed to finish all of my slides and saw that the person I am working with Daniel, took a while to finish all of his slides, which I didn't mind since he was almost finished with all of them, and I knew he was going to finish the power point since we need to present out power point to the whole class on Tuesday, so he needed to finish it soon anyways.

When it came to the day that we needed to present our power point to the whole class, Daniel told me that I needed to change one slide quickly before we present, so I asked sir if we could make a quick change to one of the slides, and he allowed me to quickly go on one of the computers and make the change to the slide that Daniel told me to change, turns out I needed to change the channel that we are going to place the advert on and I managed to do it quickly and it took less than a minute so we can carry on with the presentations.

When it came to presenting our power point sir actually liked our power point but mentioned that it was not a good idea to do something similar to an advert that somebody else has made, so he gave us a suggestion to do an advert based on the current internet trend "Salt Bae" but do it with a Turkish Delight instead of meat, so we agreed that we would continue working on our power point but include the "Salt Bae" idea instead of the one we already used, and we would present again next week.

This is the third entry and by finishing our power point and agreeing on a new idea, we made a lot of progress. One challenge that we had to face was thinking of a new idea since sir did not like the one that we chose, luckily sir told us an idea that we could use for the advert. Next week we plan on continuing on working on our powerpoint and present the powerpoint again with the new idea and with all the changes made.

This is the second week where we are working on the idea for our advert. We are told that there are a couple of pieces of the work on the computer that we need to do first then we can work on the power point. The work included work that will say who will work on the advert, who will be in the advert, where we are going to film and all of the risks that could occur. Me and Daniel managed to split up the work between ourselves so the work will be finished quicker. Unfortunately we found out that the work would take a lot longer to finish than we thought it would take to finish due to other things coming up, but we managed to finish everything so we could start on the power point.

When we started working on the power point we did the same thing for the other pieces of work and we split up the slides between ourselves and at first it took a while for us to figure out what we actually had to do for each slide until sir told us what we actually needed to do for each of the slides. Once we knew what we had to do with each slide we decided who did what slide, and we both picked slides after each other and we both got an equal amount of slides to work on, and now that we knew what to do for every single slide that was split between us, and picked separate computers so that we can start working on the slides.

This is the second entry and we are still making good progress, already starting on the slide and know what we have to write for each of them. A challenge we had to face would be figuring out what we had to write for each slide, luckily that problem was solved. Next week we plan on still working on the power point and we think it will probably be done by the end of Friday next week.

This week is the first week where we are supposed to start working on pitching ideas of an advert we would make for a specific brand of chocolate. When picking groups I got paired with Daniel so the next thing we needed to do was to pick a brand of chocolate that we would use for the advert that we would need to make. When we were told that we needed to pick a chocolate we found out that we could not just pick the chocolate that we actually wanted, but instead sir has a bunch of numbers that was for each of the chocolates. When I went up to pick a number I picked out the number that was for "Turkish Delight" which we thought would be difficult since we could not figure out an idea for an advert that was for "Turkish Delight" but we could imagine adverts for all the other chocolates.

Once we found out that we are doing an advert for "Turkish Delight" we brainstormed a couple of ideas that we could use for the actual advert, but we thought that we should search on the internet for some inspiration. The first thing we did when looking on the internet was watching the actual advert for "Turkish Delight" but then we saw that the budget for the advert had a lot of content that was a lot more than we could afford to make, so we went to look for more adverts related to the topic so we could get more inspiration from our advert. We managed to find an advert made by someone where a bunch of friends eat some "Turkish Delight" and then suddenly started acting like turkeys, so this gave us the idea to make an advert where there is a fancy family dinner and under a dinner tray there is a "Turkish Delight" and then everybody starts acting like turkeys.

This is the first entry and we are already starting to make a lot of good progress regarding the work. A challenge that I would say that we faced would be finding an idea for the advert that we would make, since we were not actually sure what adverts for "Turkish Delight" would be like but we managed to find an idea that we think will be perfect for the advert. Next week we plan on working on the powerpoint that we are told to work on and we are supposed to work on the storyboards and voice over scripts.
